Life or Something Like It

Hump, snap, twist...

It's hump day! Does that mean everyone can just hump at will? Certainly raises an interesting question, doesn't it?! ;)

The week is half over, hell September is half over. The first cold snap should be right around the corner! I can't wait!! A football game on the TV, the windows thrown open throughout the house, the smell of lemony fresh Pine Sol floating from room to room. Doesn't that sound like heaven? Oh, it does, it does... a clean house, fresh air, my babies in my lap, curled up with a blanket, maybe reading a book and listening to the sounds of football. Soon... soon...

Big Brother is over and Mike "Dumbass" won. And not only did he win, but the vote was 6 to 1 in FAVOR of him. Ugh.. But I didn't want either of them to win. I was hoping BB would throw in another twist somewhere and there would be at least one different person in the final two. But, alas, no... that didn't happen, and the two that deserved it the least were sitting there.

My doggies have been acting weird the past couple of nights. Very restless. Anxious to get outside. I can turn over in the bed and Dottie and Piper both will be raring to go outside and they both usually sleep pretty soundly, even Captain wants to go out when he hears them moving around. They hit the ground barking as soon as they go outside, stay out for a few minutes and then reluctantly come in and go back to bed. They're ready to go again when it's time to get up. There's not a full moon right now, so who knows. Anne thinks it's vampires. "Crazyhead," as Rylie would say.
